Virginia founded Dolly Green in January 2021. With 24 years in the make-up industry and having co-founded the fat mu agency in 2006 and the celebrated fat mu Academy in 2010, Dolly Green seemed the natural step for her next creative adventure.

The vision to transform make-up from a basic service into a respected art form still deeply resonates with Virginia who is passionate about establishing a trusted make-up community and education platform so new make-up artists can start their journey in a place where they will evolve to be confident in their craft.
